Returns & Refunds

Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Items can be returned within 10 days of receiving. They must be returned be sent back to us within 10 days of your delivery date. 

Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition in their original packaging. Items returned in bubble bags or envelopes won't be accepted. We send everything in boxes and they must be returned in those or similar boxes to avoid damage.

Please email us at kat.strawberrymoon@gmail.com to arrange a return. Please do not just send an item back without contacting us first. We are a tiny business so please be aware it may take up to a week for returns to be processed.
