Free Standard UK shipping on orders over £30

We process and ship orders Monday-Saturday. Any orders placed after 4:00pm Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Royal Mail Strikes

Ongoing strikes at Royal Mail will slow down delivery of standard orders over the next few months. Please take this in to consideration when ordering. We expect orders to take up to 2 weeks to be delivered as different departments strike. 

We have added DPD as an express option for shipping if you need an order faster. If you order express before midday we aim to dispatch orders the same day. 

We also have a free click and collect option if you’re local to Manchester

We ship orders as fast as we can, usually within 48 hours, but please note we are a small business and during busy times it may take us longer.

Please note we pack orders through the day and they are dropped off the next working day to the post office so if you order on a Sunday, your order should be picked and packed Monday, you will receive a tracking number and then your order should be dropped off at the post office Tuesday morning then your tracking will be activated.

Please make sure your address and email address are correct when ordering so we can make sure you get your order and contact you if there is a problem. If you give us the wrong address or an incomplete address, we will not be responsible if your order is delayed.

Gift cards are online products and do not need shipping you'll receive them in an email. They cannot be used towards free shipping discounts if purchased with other items.

We send everything Royal mail and a signature are required on delivery. If you are not home when your postman tries to deliver your item, it will be returned to the sorting office for you to arrange a new delivery with them. After 18 calendar days it will be returned to us. If your order is returned to us, then we will contact you and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee even if your order was sent free in the first place. We cannot afford to reship for free. 

We do not include an invoice in your order just a packaging slip that doesn't contain price information but we do ship from our shop. Some items are pulled from the shop floor with price tags on. If you don't want the price on any items (like if you are shipping straight to the recipient) please let us know in the order comments when ordering NOT in an email after, we might not see it in time.
